Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited Announcement Regarding the Appointment of Chairperson Chen Xiaolei

On March 31, 2025, Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) received the Approval of the Appointment Qualification of Chen Xiaolei as Chairperson of Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited from the Shanghai Office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (H.J.F. [2025] No. 193). The NFRA Shanghai Office has approved Ms. Chen Xiaolei’s qualification as the Chairperson of the Company.

Ms. Chen Xiaolei has been the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 2, 2025.
