1. Develop and improve the operational risk management system and procedures;

4. Organize the collection of operational risk and loss incidents, verify incident details, and propose handling suggestions;

Qualifications

1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above;

2. At least three years of experience in risk management, operational risk management, business continuity risk management in the financial industry, or related roles preferred;

3. Financial Risk Manager (FRM) qualification preferred;

4. CET 4 or equivalent;

5. Be proficient in office software.

1. Qualifications

1. Master’s degree, preferably in finance, risk management, law, or related fields;

2. At least 3 years of experience in financial industry risk management, legal affairs, internal control management, or related fields;

3. National judicial qualification certificate or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) qualification preferred;

4. CET 4 or equivalent;

3. Proficient in system operations and maintenance monitoring setup, automated deployment, and unified configuration processes and tools, and familiar with containers, middleware, cloud computing, etc., with experience in deployment;

4. Familiar with system monitoring and performance optimization tools, such as Zabbix and Grafana;

5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, strong sense of responsibility and mission, and able to handle the pressures and challenges of production operation and maintenance;
