On March 20, the first and second party branches of Tullett Prebon SITICO (China) Limited, together with Audit Section 1 of the Dezhou Audit Center of the Shandong Rural Credit Union, jointly organized the “Joint Learning and Joint Construction” themed activity for the Party Day in Dezhou City, Shandong Province. Integrating business discussions and red education, the event aimed to promote financial industry collaboration under the leadership of Party building. On the day of the event, leaders from the Dezhou Audit Center, all members of Audit Section 1, as well as heads and traders from the financial market departments of the city’s rural commercial banks participated, creating a lively atmosphere on-site.

In the morning, the event kicked off with the “Tullett Prebon Industry Salon” series of exchanges. Li Qingliang, a member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Dezhou Audit Center, delivered the opening speech, followed by a thank-you speech from Chen Long, a member of the Party General Branch and Front Desk Director of Tullett Prebon.
During the business discussion, Zhao Feng, Deputy General Manager of the Financial Industry Department at Huachuang Securities, delivered a keynote speech titled “2025 Bond Investment Strategy from the Perspective of the Yield Curve”, providing forward-looking investment ideas for rural commercial banks. Wan Yi, a senior broker at Tullett Prebon, shared practical insights on “Quotation Standards and Efficiency”, demonstrating compliance tracking tools and effective communication skills, which sparked lively discussions on-site.
02 Party Building Leadership
In the afternoon, all Party members visited the integrity education base for warning education as party of the Party building activity. Under the guidance of the instructor and through picture and text displays and video presentations, the Party members systematically learned about typical cases of law violations and disciplinary breaches in the financial sector in recent years, further strengthening their awareness of discipline on “cherishing reverence, maintaining vigilance, and upholding the bottom line”.
The Party Day activity themed “Joint Learning and Joint Construction” not only marked an important practice of Tullett Prebon’s “Red-Blue Heart Bridge” Party building brand, but also served as an innovative measure for the Dezhou Audit Center to implement its “Party Building Promotes Business” strategy.
